General Information

The mortgage loan can be provided for real estate that is fully constructed; and has proof of ownership (from the land registry) and declaration of habitability.

An expertise report is prepared and the first rank mortgage will be constituted in favor of the bank.

The costs of expertise (750 €) and of mortgage (variable) belongs to the customer.

The minimum loan amount is 50,000 €
-
Maximum duration of the loan is 10 years.
-
For the loan exceeding 5 years, at the end of the 5th year the interest rate will be fixed again.
-
2% handling commission will be charged.
