INSPECTION VISITS
Arranging your trip:
Turkish Planet Estate is able to arrange viewing trips to Turkey. Let us know the dates you wish to travel, and using our experience and that of our associates, we will search for the best prices available on flights, accommodation. If you have already made your own travel arrangements, then we will arrange for one of our representatives to meet you at a pre-arranged time and location, normally the hotel or apartment in which you are staying.
During your visit:
- You will have the company of a representative on a one to one basis for your viewing appointments. Not only will you be taken to view suitable property, but you will have the opportunity to have all of your questions answered about pensions, taxation - in fact, any subject related to the country you intend to purchase in.
The cost of your trip:
-The cost of inspection flights will be paid by the client.
-We will meet Inspection Tour clients from the airport at Antalya and provide airport transfers and all necessary services during their visit in Turkey.
-Turkish Planet Estate will provide up to 4 nights half board accommodation for two adults. -Clients will be responsible for the costs if they wish to stay for longer periods or if there are additional adults or children.

Property Registration and Delivery
The entry in the property register in Turkey is performed by an official of the Property Registry Department. It is legally compulsory for both sides (the seller and the buyer) to be present at the entry. It is possible to authorise another person to do so but the authorisation requires a Powers of Attorney from Notary Publics for Authorising our Solicitors for buying property on behalf you.
The only applicable stipulation concerning the delivery is that it takes place in writing. After the entry and delivery the property register issues a proof of ownership, which is called ‘Tapu’. The ownership is only obtained at the moment that the building(s), if under construction, has been completed and the full amount has been paid.
Mainly there are no legal restrictions against foreigners regarding the acquisition of property ownership. However, the act regarding Military Prohibited and Security Areas can be an impediment and therefore restrict the acquisition of property by foreigners if the property is located within a particular distance of military sites or strategically important areas.

We will provide a full cleaning service and have a Welcome Pack waiting for you in your villa/apartment so that should you be arriving during the night at least you will have basic supplies available.
